You know that delicious olive oil dipping plate they give you at Italian restaurants? Well now you can make your own.
1. Start with really good olive oil (or whatever you have in the house, like I do!) Pour it into a small fancy serving dish.
2. Generously sprinkle The Breadwinner into the oil. (If you don't have The Breadwinner, you can substitute Tuscan Bistro!). If you like heat, add some red pepper flakes to taste.
3. Let seasoning sit in the oil for about 10 minutes (or longer). OR serve immediately if company shows up!
4. Serve with thinly sliced Italian bread!
