Wicked Good Herb Butters 101
Herb butters are a wonderful way to add great favor to all you favorite foods!
You can use them on veggies, corn on the cob, steaks and chops, cauliflower rice, mashed potatoes, to just name a few ideas.
The process is relatively easy.
Start with 1/2 cup of unsalted, softened butter in a small mixing bowl
Add spice blend of choice, 2 to 3 tsps
Scoop out herb butter out of the bowl unto a piece of wax paper and roll it into a log and twist the ends closed
Chill until firm and then slice into pats for use as needed
