Shredded Pork Soft Tacos
1. Take any leftover boneless pork that you have in the house (I used our leftovers from our pigs CAN fly grilled boneless ribs.
2. Cut the pork into smaller chunks (inch in size) and toss into the Cuisinart.
3. Pulse gently until pork is desired size.
4. Stir in your favorite BBQ sauce.
5. Heat in skillet (or microwave if you are really in a rush), and layer into tortillas with lettuce, tomato, sour cream. *cheese optional
