Wicked Good Spice Mixes Mushroom Toast


1 loave of party rye bread

2 12oz packages of mushrooms, finely chopped

4 scallions, finely chopped

3 stalks of celery, finely chopped

1/4 cup of mayo

6 tablespoons of bacon crumbles

2 tbsp of Wicked Good Spice "The Onion"

2 tbsp of Wicked Good Spice "Garlic Explosion"

1/3 of Parmesan cheese

5 tablespoons of butter

1/3 cup of Wicked Good Spice  "Basil Olive oil"


Melt butter in a large skillet and add the scallions,celery and mushrooms. 

Saute about 10 minutes until vegetable are cooked and soft. add the "garlic explosion" and "the onion" and saute for additional two minutes until the flavors blend.

Let the mixture cool for 10 minutes.

While mixture is cooling, place rye bread on two cookies sheets and brush each slice with Basil Olive Oil and place in a 350 degree oven for about 5 minutes, until toasted.

Add mayo and bacon crumbles to the mushroom mixture and blend.

Place a tsp of the mushroom mixture on each piece of toast and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. 

Place the cookie sheets back into 350 degree oven for 5 minutes until cheese is bubbly.

Serve right away and enjoy!


Cheese stuffed Figs with Wicked Good Vanilla Fig Balsamic Vinegar


8 Figs,cut in half or you can use dates

8 1" pieces of brie cheese or blue cheese

8 pieces of  prosciutto

1/3 cup of Wicked Good Vanilla Fig Balsamic

8 tooth picks


Put cheese in fig and wrap with prosciutto and secure with a tooth pick. Repeat with the rest of the figs.

Place figs on a cookie sheet and place in the oven at 350 degrees for 5 minutes or just until cheese melts.

Remove from oven and place on a serving platter. Drizzle Wicked Good Vanilla Fig Balsamic vinegar on top of each fig and serve.

Cantaloupe and Honey Dew Bites with Wicked Good Organic Glaze Balsamic Vinegar


12 1" cubes of cantaloupe

12 1" cubes of honey dew melon

24 mint leaves

6 ounces of prosciutto or 12 slices

24 toothpicks

1/3 cup of Wicked Good Organic Glaze Balsamic Vinegar


Slice prosciutto into 24 strips

Wrap each piece of melon with a slice of prosciutto and top with a mint leave and secure with a toothpick

Place on a serving plate and drizzle with Organic Glaze Balsamic Vinegar

Spicy Bacon wrapped Pineapple with Wicked Good Pineapple Balsamic Vinegar


1 fresh pineapple, cut into bit size pieces

1 pound of thick cut bacon, cut into three pieces

tooth picks

5 tablespoons of Wicked Good Spice Mixes "Pigs Can Fly"

3 tablespoons of coconut sugar

1/3 cup of Wicked Good Spice Mixes Pineapple Balsamic Vinegar


Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Line a sheet pan with foil

In a shallow bowl, mix "pigs Can Fly" with the coconut sugar and roll pineapple pieces in the mixture.

Wrap each piece of pineapple with a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick and place on the sheet pan.

Bake for 20 minutes until bacon is crispy. 

Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving platter and drizzle Pineapple Balsamic vinegar over each piece.

Super Easy Bruschetta Recipe


  • 20-24 oz fresh tomatoes (4-5 roma tomatoes or 3-4 regular tomatoes) diced small
  •  2 tbsp of Wicked Good Spice Mixes "garlic explosion spice blend"
  • 1 tbsp of Wicked Good Spice Mixes "Tuscan Bistro"
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil chopped fine
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon each salt & pepper (or to taste)
For Serving
  • 1 baguette
  • olive oil & fresh garlic for toasting

  • Dice tomatoes about 1/4" and remove seeds and lightly drain
  • Mix all ingredients and let stand at room temperature for at least 1 hour.
  • Slice the baguette, brush with olive oil and toast or grill until lightly browned. Rub each toasted slice baguette with a clove of raw garlic.
  • Top with tomato mixture.
  • Drizzle each baguette with Wicked Good Spice Mixes Organic Balsamic Glaze and serve! Enjoy!

Wicked Good Spices Tropical Fruit Salsa


2 cups of Pineapple, diced

1 large mango, peeled and diced

1 medium red bell pepper, seeded and diced

5 tablespoons of diced red onion

1 large jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely diced

3 tablespoons of Wicked Good Spices Pineapple vinegar

1/4 tsp of salt

3 tablespoons of cilantro, chopped


Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and serve. with chips.

This also is delicious on grilled Shrimp, Chicken or Fish or crabcakes.

Mixed Berry Balsamic  Fresh Strawberry Salsa


3 c. fresh strawberries, chopped
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
1 jalapeño, finely chopped (seeded if you prefer less heat)
1/4 c. chopped fresh cilantro
1/3 cup of Wicked Good Spices MixedBerry Balsamic Vinegar
Zest of 1 lime
pinch of salt
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and serve
Servings suggestions:

2 cups of chopped peaches

 1 cup of chopped white peaches

1/4 cup of chopped red onion onion

1 medium red bell pepper, seeds removed and finely diced

2 tablespoons of diced jalapeno pepper, seeds removed

2 tablespoons of finely chopped cilantro

1 1" piece of fresh ginger, finely minced

1/4 tsp of pink salt

3 tablespoons of Wicked Good Spice Mixes Peach Balsamic Vinegar


Mix everything together and chill for 2 hours and serve with chips or on grilled shrimp, fish or chicken or pork chops.
