Wicked Good Spice Mixes
I started Wicked Good Spice Mixes Company in 2013 because I noticed from reading labels that there were so many unhealthy ingredients and preservatives in everything we consume.
I have always loved to cook and share healthy cooking ideas with family and friends.
I learned how to cook from my very talented and creative mother and when she passed away in 2012, I decided the best way to honor her memory would be to start a spice blend company.
When I started to think about what I wanted to do with different spices, I realized that the most difficult part of cooking and seasoning foods was how much of this spice and how much of that spice should you use.
For example, I created a blend that has the perfect amount of each seasoning to use when you make chili. “Wild Canyon Spicy Pepper Blend” It ends up being more economical and convenient!
So with a lot of trial and error and tasting and reworking until I created the perfect and well balanced all natural spice blends!
In 2014, I added hot sauces which my sister makes, fruit infused balsamic vinegars and olive oils imported from Italy .
Now after seven years, I have managed to get into over 20 stores and have several restaurants that cook with my products.
Along the way, I have been blessed to have a lot of support from family and friends and customers!
Finally, I have always believed in “paying it forward” and I always support other small businesses and I am happy be a consultant for anyone who wants to start and business.
